Country starlet, Chloe Chadwick, returns to Nantwich this weekend to perform at the Fat Pigeon Americana Night at The Studio alongside Angels with Dirty Faces and Christina Martin.
Miss Chadwick, 32, releases her debut album, Dustbowl Jukebox, at the end of the month in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne where she has resided for nearly a decade, carving out a successful career in the music industry.
The album, which is a culmination of a number of years’ worth of hard work, sweat, and often tears either side of her 2015 self-titled EP was announced early last month with the release of the single Love Will Find A Way.
She said: “I can’t wait to come to Nantwich for what will be a special night of good music with fabulous people.
“This visit is made even more special as it comes a week before my debut album launch back in Newcastle so I’ll showcase a couple of tracks from my album as well.
“I spent a few years living here with my mother in my early twenties so you could say this is where my music career took off really so it’ll be nice to be back home.
“As for the acts, I’ve worked with Angels with Dirty Faces so it’ll be great seeing them, as for Christina, she’s over from Canada so I’m really looking forward to seeing what she can do and I guess she will be with us as well.”
In respect of Dustbowl Jukebox, the ten-track album will be available from all music outlets and via www.chloechadwick.com at the end of the month. It features a mixture of music to cater for all needs with standouts being Love Will Find A Way, Big River and Plain Old Jane.
Nominated for the second year running for two awards through UK Country Radio, Chloe added: “This has been a labour of love more than twenty years in the making.
“The feeling is that I’ve delivered on my pledge to write the most authentic and personal account of an everyman’s journey through the trials and tribulations of everyday life.
“There’s more to this eclectic assortment than just songs from the sunbelt.”
Christina Martin is a multi-award winning, alt country/classic rock musician from Nova Scotia; with five albums to her name, her fifth and most powerful being It’ll Be Alright, Miss Martin is touring the UK promoting her latest single, Lungs Are Burning, beginning here in Cheshire.
